This Subprocessor List identifies the primary third-party providers that Vocaliva LLC uses, or may use, to provide its AI receptionist, lead intake, missed-call follow-up, website, CRM, appointment workflow, email, phone, SMS, review request, payment, digital marketing, social media, SEO/GEO, and automation services.
Vocaliva uses HighLevel / LeadConnector as its main platform provider. HighLevel may use additional platform subprocessors to provide infrastructure, communications, AI functionality, analytics, support, payment, and related platform services. HighLevel maintains its own official subprocessor list, and Vocaliva relies on HighLevel’s maintained list for HighLevel platform subprocessors.

2. HighLevel Platform Subprocessors
Because HighLevel / LeadConnector is Vocaliva’s primary operating platform, some personal data may be processed by HighLevel’s own platform subprocessors. Rather than manually duplicating HighLevel’s full list, Vocaliva points customers to HighLevel’s official maintained subprocessor list.
HighLevel’s platform subprocessors may include infrastructure providers, communication providers, AI functionality providers, analytics providers, support providers, payment providers, identity verification providers, workflow automation providers, and affiliates, depending on the HighLevel features used.
HighLevel’s official subprocessor list is available here: https://www.gohighlevel.com/sub-processors.
3. Data Categories
Depending on the services enabled, subprocessors may process names, phone numbers, email addresses, business names, caller details, appointment information, call recordings, call transcripts, call summaries, messages, CRM notes, website form submissions, billing information, review request records, website/marketing/social/SEO data provided by Customer, technical logs, and related service data.
4. Updates to This List
