By using our website, calling our AI demo line, submitting a form, requesting a demo, using the missed-call calculator, or communicating with Vocaliva LLC, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our website or services.
Vocaliva LLC is intended for businesses located in the United States.
1. About Vocaliva
Vocaliva LLC provides business growth and automation services for businesses. Our primary offerings include AI Receptionist services, Review Automation + Reactivation, and Website Design + Branding. Depending on the service arrangement, we may also provide related setup, CRM or calendar integrations, lead capture and follow-up workflows, website hosting and maintenance, content updates, analytics reporting, social media or marketing support, consulting, and other related business growth, branding, marketing, automation, or operational support services from time to time.
The website and demo experience are intended to help business owners learn about Vocaliva, compare available services, view current public pricing or package information, and request more information.
2. Website and Demo Use
You may use our website to learn about Vocaliva, call the AI demo line, submit inquiries, request a demo, or contact our team.
The AI demo line is provided for demonstration and lead intake purposes. It is not intended for emergencies, urgent requests, sensitive personal matters, legal advice, medical advice, financial advice, or any situation requiring immediate human assistance.
By using the demo line or submitting a form, you agree to provide accurate information and understand that Vocaliva may review your request before sending a booking link or confirming an appointment.
Service descriptions, examples, package features, turnaround estimates, and pricing displayed on the website are informational and may change before an order is accepted. The scope, price, payment schedule, billing cadence, and other terms stated in an accepted proposal, order form, checkout, invoice, statement of work, Master Services Agreement, or other client agreement control for the applicable paid service.
3. Demo Requests and Appointments
Submitting a form, calling the AI demo line, or requesting a demo does not guarantee that a demo will be scheduled or confirmed.
Vocaliva may review inquiries before sending a booking link or confirming an appointment. A requested appointment time is not confirmed until Vocaliva confirms it.
We may decline, reschedule, or cancel demo requests at our discretion.
4. AI and Automation Limitations
Vocaliva uses AI and automation tools to help collect information, answer or route calls, summarize inquiries, support follow-up, request reviews, reactivate past leads or customers, and operate related workflows.
AI systems may misunderstand, mishear, incorrectly summarize, or fail to capture information. You are responsible for reviewing and correcting important details when asked.
Vocaliva does not guarantee that AI-generated responses, summaries, workflows, automations, call handling, review requests, reactivation messages, integrations, or related automated actions will be error-free, uninterrupted, or suitable for every business situation. Clients remain responsible for reviewing important business information and maintaining appropriate human oversight.
5. No Guaranteed Results
Vocaliva LLC may help businesses improve response speed, lead capture, follow-up, appointment workflow efficiency, online presence, review generation, reactivation response rates, website presentation, branding consistency, or related business operations. However, we do not guarantee specific results, revenue increases, appointment volume, customer acquisition, lead quality, review volume or ratings, reactivation responses, website traffic, search rankings, conversions, or other business outcomes.
Any examples, demos, estimates, or descriptions on the website are for informational purposes only.
6. Communications
By providing your contact information, you authorize Vocaliva to respond to your inquiry using the communication methods you select and as otherwise permitted by law.
If you separately opt in to receive SMS messages, Vocaliva LLC may send non-marketing text messages related to your inquiry, demo scheduling, booking links, appointments, reminders, follow-up, or requested services. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply.

You must be at least 18 years old to opt in to or receive SMS messages from Vocaliva LLC. By opting in, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and are the owner or authorized user of the mobile number provided.
Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to the availability and operation of wireless networks and carrier services.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the website, forms, AI demo line, or services.

- Use Vocaliva services to send unlawful spam, deceptive communications, fake reviews, review manipulation, or other prohibited marketing or messaging
We may block, ignore, delete, or decline inquiries that appear abusive, fraudulent, irrelevant, unlawful, or inappropriate.
8. Third-Party Services
Vocaliva LLC may use third-party tools and platforms to operate its website, AI receptionist, phone systems, CRM, email, calendars, forms, automation, analytics, payment processing, website hosting, content management, review requests, reactivation workflows, integrations, and related services.
We are not responsible for outages, errors, delays, data handling, or performance issues caused by third-party platforms.
Your use of third-party tools may also be subject to those providers’ own terms and policies.
9. Data Processing
If a business customer uses Vocaliva LLC services to process personal data on behalf of its business, customers, callers, leads, clients, prospects, or other contacts, including customer or lead lists supplied for review automation or reactivation workflows, the Data Processing Addendum applies to the extent incorporated into the applicable service arrangement, Master Services Agreement, Order Form, accepted terms, or written agreement.

10. Intellectual Property
The Vocaliva name, branding, website content, designs, copy, graphics, logos, workflows, and related materials are owned by Vocaliva or used with permission.
You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, or use our content or branding without permission.
Ownership, licensing, transfer, and permitted use of websites, branding, copy, graphics, or other deliverables created specifically for a paying client are governed by the applicable client agreement, order, or statement of work and are not determined by this section.
11. Paid Services and Client Agreements
These Terms apply to use of the website, AI demo line, general inquiry process, demo request process, and other public-facing Vocaliva features.
If you become a Vocaliva LLC client, paid services may be governed by a separate Master Services Agreement, proposal, invoice, statement of work, order form, checkout page, or service terms. Paid services may include AI Receptionist, Review Automation + Reactivation, Website Design + Branding, optional recurring website hosting and maintenance plans, and other related business, marketing, branding, automation, consulting, or support services described in the applicable proposal, order, checkout page, statement of work, or client agreement. If there is a conflict between these website Terms and an applicable accepted client agreement, Master Services Agreement, order form, checkout terms, or statement of work, the more specific accepted terms control for the paid services they cover.
Unless otherwise stated in an applicable accepted agreement or order, payment terms, deposits, installment schedules, recurring billing, renewals, cancellation terms, refunds, revision limits, turnaround expectations, hosting or maintenance scope, included content edits, analytics or reporting, priority support, and deliverables for paid services are handled separately from these website Terms.
Publicly displayed prices and package features may be updated from time to time. A pricing change does not by itself change an already accepted order or client agreement unless that agreement permits the change or the parties agree otherwise.
12. Disclaimer of Warranties
The website, AI demo line, forms, booking pages, and related materials are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
Vocaliva makes no warranties that the website, demo line, forms, AI tools, automations, review or reactivation workflows, websites created or hosted for clients, third-party integrations, hosting providers, or related services will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, accurate, or always available.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vocaliva disclaims all warranties, express or implied.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vocaliva will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, lost leads, business interruption, or loss of goodwill.
Vocaliva LLC’s total liability for any claim related to the website, AI demo line, forms, booking pages, missed-call calculator, or these Terms will be limited to the amount you paid to Vocaliva LLC for the service giving rise to the claim, or $100 if you have not paid Vocaliva LLC for services.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some of these limitations may not apply to you.
14. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Vocaliva from claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, or expenses arising from your misuse of the website, AI demo line, forms, booking pages, or services; your violation of these Terms; or materials, data, contact lists, content, instructions, or other information you provide without the necessary rights, authority, or lawful basis.
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, unless another jurisdiction is required by applicable law.

Your continued use of the website, AI demo line, forms, booking pages, or services after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
